• Minimum three night stay

• Rental includes all three bedrooms, maximum of six guests.  No extra beds will be provided.

• Check in between 3pm and 5pm on day of arrival

• Check out by 10am on morning of departure

• No smoking allowed inside the apartment

• No pets allowed.

• If cancelling less than 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit paid.

• If cancelling more than 15 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of Deposit paid.

• 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, the remaining balance is due no longer than 14 days prior to arrival.  Booking only confirmed once deposit is received.   Please see banking details above.

• There is no breakage deposit required, but guest will be invoiced upon Check-out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of invoice being received.

• For longer stays (more than 5 days) a cleaning service will be available every 7th day upon request.

• Any other additional services will be for the guest’s account.

• There will be a cleaning fee of R600 per stay.

• House rules and important information will be available on check-in.
